I love Walmart in general, but this is my favorite. I don't shop at normal times. But if I do, I love Self check out. Best time to go very late at night on during the week, hardly anyone there and it's so peaceful.
My visit was very positive. The young man in electronic set my new cell phone up, without any problems. I was pleased.
Went to get tires replaced. Lady at auto dept was so rude and took so long to help me. Had a what ever attitude. Called on phone and was quoted 74 dollars when I got receipt it was 80$ plus $3 for valves and $12 for balance. Was told after the tires were complete. Almost told them to take them off. When u quote someone tell the truth. Hidden fees should not be told after the job is complete.
This is a very nice Walmart. The store is clean and well maintained, and the employees all seem happy to work there. I will drive a little further to go to this store. I wish all Walmarts could take the examples from this store. Oh, and their online grocery ordering and store pickup is also fantastic!!!
Pick up at this store is beyond terrible. They have the screen to "touch for assistance" but no one shows up. I pushed twice this visit (I have done it more on other visits). I even called pick up from my phone while waiting and some one picked up the phone and hung up. After waiting for at least 20 minutes, I have to go looking for someone but no one can actually help me. They have to locate the person who is supposed to be working in pick up. I will be changing my pick up store to somewhere else. I would rather drive a little further then wait that long every single time.
