My mother was kind enough to get me a gift card here so I went to buy some air tools and a hose. I spent over an hour walking around the store with 3 different employees, after waiting 15 minutes for help, and no one was able to find the product. Comments from employees such as "Welcome to our store", "This is how it always is here", and "I'm sorry someone must have moved them without telling anyone" and varying similar comments were made throughout the store by various employees. I drove 30 minutes to try to spend my GC and left empty-handed. Over 2 hours wasted on incompetence and a disorganized store. No manager contact information available anywhere to give them feedback, and not one person apologized. Good luck those who enter :).
Must be the daughter of a high-level Lowe’s executive because she could not manage her way in a Payless shoe store much less manage a big box hardware store. Fast-forward two years and this store is just a shell of its once glorious self many many products are just simply not on the shelves many products that would require multiple sizes are stopped on the shelf in only one size one size that covers the entire section. It is obvious that this woman has absolutely no idea what she is doing and the fact that she has remain for two years tells me that there’s some idiot executive patting himself on the back for doing such a good job. That’s why I refuse to enter the store as long as she and her Lane Bryant‘s are occupying the managers chair . I even dumped all my Lowe’s stock.
My husband found the screws and anchors we needed and I was able to work on socializing our service-dog-in-training!
Couldn't find what i wanted. Lack of salespeople to help. Not my favorite home improvement store. Menards in Belton us A+ all the way around.
