I adopted two kitten from the shelter & went straight to petco for all their needs. Associate's there gave me two coupon books for all my kittys needs & I went crazy in that store. LOVED IT
Very nice employees. I left my cell phone on the shelf and they even re-opened after hours to let me locate it. Had a great selection too.

Good prices and good service
The staff is forced-friendly (rehearsed greetings with eye rolls and exasperation). However I have encountered friendlier cashiers occasionally as well. Hit or miss.
PETCO is the place to be, no other place for me.

"Large" crickets are consistently less than half inch long. This is half the size of other locations.

The store is clean and well kept. Quality products (I like Blue Buffalo foods and compressed nutshell bedding) and reasonable pricing.
